Millions worldwide are advocating for the right to be accepted by society. For those who didn’t know, Jaysa has ichthyosis, a rare condition which results in shedding of skin.  Old skin is replaced within a few weeks.

The skin of her hands may resemble that of an old woman and it causes her a lot of trouble and discomfort. The fact that she became a model doesn’t evoke surprise at all since remaining indifferent towards such a non-standard beauty is impossible.
