The new owners became a married couple with an adult daughter. The living space is located in a relatively old house and it has been years that it underwent a renovation. No one wanted to buy this apartment before, until one family saw potential in it and took the risk.

Thus, when the new owners moved in, they didn’t waste any time and immediately contacted a design studio, since many functional areas had to be created in one apartment to please each and every member of the family.

On the floor in the hallway, SPC laminate was used, which resembles herringbone parquet. A decision was made to paint the walls white. Between the two cabinets there was a banquette with drawers, hooks for outerwear and a mirror.

They found it right to place a corner sofa in the center of the living room which has a function of turning into a sleeping place for guests. On both sides of the sofa, two bookshelves were placed were there was a special place for the owner’s books. Opposite the soft group there is a TV area with a hanging cabinet, which smoothly transitions into the workplace.

To the left of the entrance kitchen area was located. There is a corner set here, the facades of which are made in sea green color. The set itself is made to order. The worktop is made of quartz, and the new owners chose white rectangular tiles for the backsplash.

This room belongs to the owner’s daughter and to say that she is fully satisfied with its design is nothing to say. A decision was made to paint the walls a muted green shade. Upon entering the room, there was a large storage system with white fronts and a small open shelving unit.
