One Nigerian family in England was fortunate enough to experience one of the rarest phenomena in history. Angela and Ben welcomed a baby named Nmachi who was born with white skin and hair being entirely different from the dark-skinned siblings.

You just had to see the delight and, at the same time, astonishment in the parents’ eyes when they first saw their unique baby. They strongly held the opinion that the baby was nobody, but an angel sent from God.

The baby was often called «Snow White» and was different from all the peers. The rare genetic disorder the Nigerian child was born with still leaves people speechless. The absolutely unique appearance of this kid piqued the interest of Oxford scientists as well.

Although albinism does actually exist, experts find this case absolutely unique and something that is worthy of further investigation. Some believe the child may carry a mutation gene and it is hard to say whether the offspring will inherit it or not.
