However, this dog trusts no one for 30 seconds.

Chesbro is an adorable dog. However, he trusts no one for 30 seconds. This reluctant attitude at first glance turned off many followers, but he has love in abundance.

Chesbro was found all alone in the middle of the Californian desert in the United States. He was just a 6 month old puppy who had never lived with people.

Therefore, the dog was extremely scared and removed from his savior. The latter led him to the Desert Animal Society’s hideout in North Palm Springs.

Volunteers of the organization spent a lot of time with him to communicate and train him.

If at first he was afraid of men, he learned to trust them and even love them.

Chesbrough is over 6 years old and still waiting to be opened in a warm home with a loving owner.

Members of the Desert Humane Society have seen countless times how would-be owners miss this adorable dog.

“Often people who come in want a super-sociable, affectionate dog on their lap for the first 30 seconds of meeting them. Unfortunately, Chesbro ends up being overlooked because of this,” Cali Trevino, the group’s public relations manager, explained to People.

The dog really needs a little more time to show his cute personality.

However, volunteers do not lose hope. They describe Chesbro as a very gentle and calm dog.

In addition, he especially appreciates the company of other animals, so he will be very comfortable in a house with a dog or cat.

He also loves to swim, walk in nature and, of course, eat meaty treats.

“Every dog deserves a happy life in a home with caring people. We hope that Chesbro will have such a chance soon,” Cali concluded.
