Johnny Lee Miller, best known as the first husband of Angelina Jolie, is reportedly in a relationship with yoga and Pilates instructor Manuela Diago, who is 26 years younger than him.
According to reports, the couple have been together for at least a year and a half. Fans first noticed signs of a romance in late 2024 when Miller began regularly interacting with Diago’s social media posts. In May 2025, the actor also shared a photo of the pair attending a friend’s wedding together.
Although they rarely post photos as a couple, observers believe the relationship has become serious. Some of Diago’s recent social media pictures appear to have been taken inside Miller’s New York apartment, fueling speculation that the two may already be living together. Earlier this year, they were also reportedly spotted vacationing in Malta.
Little is publicly known about the 27-year-old fitness instructor. Based on her social media presence, she teaches yoga, Pilates, and barre classes internationally and also owns a wellness-themed café. She has built a sizable online following thanks to her fitness content and travel lifestyle.
Miller’s personal life has often attracted attention due to his connection with Angelina Jolie. The two met while filming the movie Hackers in 1995 and married the following year. Their relationship ended in 1997, though their divorce was not finalized until 1999. Both later cited demanding work schedules as a major factor in the breakup.
Despite the split, the former couple remained on good terms. In 2021, reunion rumors circulated after Jolie was photographed visiting Miller and reports suggested she had introduced him to some of her children.
