Antonio Banderas’ daughter Stella made a rare public appearance after spending a long time away from the spotlight. The 29-year-old joined her famous father at the premiere of his new film “In the Hand of Dante” during the 2026 Toronto International Film Festival.
Stella posed alongside the 66-year-old actor at the event, offering a rare glimpse of the father-daughter duo together. Her appearance was particularly notable because she generally keeps a much lower profile than the rest of her famous family.

Stella is the only daughter of Banderas and Melanie Griffith, who divorced in 2015 after 18 years of marriage. Despite growing up surrounded by Hollywood stars, she has largely chosen to stay away from the public eye.

That makes her path noticeably different from that of her older maternal half-sister Dakota Johnson, who followed the family tradition and became a successful actress.

Stella also reached a major personal milestone last year. In October 2025, she married her childhood friend, financier Alex Gruszynski, in Spain.
Over the years, Stella has only occasionally accompanied her parents to public events, making her latest appearance with Banderas particularly noteworthy. Photos from years past also show just how much she has changed since appearing alongside her parents as a teenager.

Melanie Griffith is also the mother of 41-year-old Alexander Bauer, whom she shares with her former husband, actor Steven Bauer.
