A man courageously saved a dog that fell under the ice and ended up in icy water.
Don Chatten from New York State was driving with his two dogs to Buffalo when a lady approached him and asked to find her little dog.
The man agreed to help the lady without hesitation or hesitation. In any case, when Don found the dog, he realized that delaying help was absurd.
The fact is that the dog fell into the icy water in Ellicott Creek Park. The man behaved quickly – he called 911, but did not wait for the rescuers and decided to work on his own!
Don thought he could crawl across the ice, but the ice cracked and Don found himself waist-deep in icy water.
“I was a little confident because I knew the depth of this place. We used to come here a lot when we were kids”, Don told WKBW News. Don walked over to the dog and picked up the frozen creature.
The man had already managed to save the dog when rescuers arrived. They took the frozen dog to the vet for a checkup. His behavior was an act of heroic deed.
