The 19th-century school has now been transformed into a unique guest accommodation on the Airbnb platform. Located near Kings Island in Landen, Ohio, this home is now a cozy retreat with modern luxury.
Levi Kelly decided to show everyone the school building now. As soon as he crossed the threshold, it became clear that in front of him was a beautiful, unusual house. In the past, bells rang here and school life bustled here. Now the building has been transformed into a unique place with four bedrooms and two bathrooms for up to 12 guests.
This space combines the splendor of bygone eras with modern chic. The living room becomes a showcase of original home charm, with exposed brick that tells many stories of times gone by. Contemporary furniture brings a fresh accent to this space.
In the very center there is a fireplace surrounded by rustic bricks. This is not just a warm place, but memories are born here. Adjacent to this is the dining room, with an expansive table set by the windows, adding a little extra sparkle to every meal.
But the kitchen is like a little fairy-tale corner. Everything you might need is here, all household appliances with gold handles. And at the same time, the kitchen seems open and spacious thanks to the use of wooden cabinets and shelves.
Levi created a pleasant surprise by offering his own Cabin Lore Coffee. This little attention adds beauty and uniqueness to all guests, and it is wonderful to smell the aroma of coffee here. It would be great to enjoy a cup of coffee in such a place.
On the ground floor, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, interesting decor and expansive windows that flood the room with sunlight. The spacious bathroom adds elegance to the bedroom.
There’s more to the second floor than additional sleeping space and a bathroom. Here you can relax and be filled with sunlight, thanks to window designs that blend with the original architectural style of the house.
