Today’s article is about spouses who decided to give an empty concrete place a fantastic makeover. Because of lack of money, the couple decided not to hire a designer and take the situation into their own hands. It seemed a challenging task, but they were ready to take the risk.
The area of the future apartment occupied 51 square meters. Light, gray and dark colors dominate in the corridor. An open storage system, two shoe racks and a small bench appeared here.
The flooring in the kitchen is also porcelain stoneware with different patterns. There was a fridge to the left of the entrance, and a TV was hung above it. A linear kitchen set with gray facades was placed along the left wall.
They organized a dining area with a comfortable sofa. The standard heating radiator was abandoned in favor of a floor-mounted one. The owners decided to isolate the loggia. The floor was now heated and decorative plaster was chosen for the walls.
A spacious storage cabinet stood to the right of the entrance and an armchair appeared opposite it. What concerns the bedroom, the spouses’ choice fell on laminate for the floor. One wall was made an accent wall and painted in a rich gray color. It features a bed and bedside tables.
For the kids’ room, the furniture was ordered from IKEA. An accent wall is designed in a very interesting way and will surely attract the children. There is a small TV and special place for playing games. Tiles in gray and white hues dominate in the bathroom.
