«From an eyesore into a dream place!» No one gave a second thought to buy this apartment until one couple saw potential in it

After a long search, the choice of today’s couple fell on an old apartment in a panel building which, to put it mildly, needed a repair. Its condition left a lot to be desired, but it failed to scare the spouses off and they stayed true to their decision.

The walls in the entrance were painted in a neutral warm shade and PVC tiles were chosen for the floor which imitated a wooden surface and looked elegant and modern. They replaced the front door with a new one and installed hooks for clothes as well as a round pouf in the entrance.

The kitchen is now stylish, sophisticated and atmospheric. It was decided to install a large kitchen set here the lower facades of which had a deep, rich color and the upper ones were made in white. There is also a dining area here.

A workplace appeared in the bedroom featuring a huge mirror from floor to ceiling which visually enlarged the space. The room also boasts a double bed in the middle. They decided to decorate the accent wall with a photo panel depicting a palm leaf. Their next task was to adjoin the room to the bedroom.

The combination of two colors was used for the children’s room. There is a dressing area to the left of the entrance. A place for games is present here, of course. One can see a desk for drawing, a sports corner and a miniature folding sofa of a matching color.

They decorated the bathroom with porcelain tiles and pink paint. As the owner really likes taking a bath, they didn’t install a shower instead. The graphic touch created some contrast and looked rather creative and innovative.
