A woman who decided to completely transform her appearance — spending nearly £100,000 — has stunned the internet by sharing her “before and after” photos.
34-year-old Alicia Amira from Denmark calls herself a “living doll” and admits she has dreamed since childhood of looking like the perfect Barbie. Today, she’s a glamorous blonde with long hair, bold makeup, striking features, and a flawless figure. But her journey to that look took years.
Alicia has undergone numerous cosmetic surgeries — from breast augmentation and rhinoplasty to fillers in her cheeks, chin, and jawline. She also regularly gets botox, and keeps up her look with hair, lash, and nail extensions.

“I started changing gradually. I loved seeing my reflection getting closer to the image I had always imagined,” says Alicia.
Once, she worked in PR in Stockholm, but in 2011 she decided to change her life completely and moved to London, where she began focusing on her transformation. Her inspiration came from Danish reality show “Royal Girls”, whose glamorous stars she had admired as a child. Since then, she was determined — one day, she’d look just as dazzling.
Before her surgeries, Alicia looked natural: no makeup, no extensions, no heavy cosmetics. Old photos show a modest young woman with a soft smile and calm expression.

Now, she’s unrecognizable — a fuller bust, plump lips, a sculpted chin, a perfectly straight nose, and large doll-like eyes. For Alicia, it’s not just about fashion; it’s about identity.
“I’ve always admired women who aren’t afraid to be bold. I love curvy blondes — they’re confident and daring. Cosmetic surgery and makeup are my way of expressing who I am. I’m happy with how I look now. The most important thing is to accept yourself — no matter what that means,” she says.

And she isn’t stopping anytime soon. On the contrary — Alicia plans even more changes and admits she wants to make her breasts even larger in the future.
“My goal isn’t to be perfect. My goal is to be me. And if that means surgery — so be it,” she adds with a smile.
Today, Alicia lives by one simple motto: “Be whoever you want to be.”
Her story isn’t just about plastic surgery — it’s a striking example of how far someone can go in pursuit of a dream, even if the world calls it too doll-like.
