Interesting intimacy: the cat befriends a lynx living in the zoo

Maybe it’s the loneliness that makes a lynx be kind and caring to a cat.

Members of different species find it interesting to communicate with each other.

Rather oddly, the wild animal accepts the cat with love and shares food.

It’s so important that most animals don’t care which species they can be friends with.

It also happened to a cat and a lynx at the Leningrad Zoo in St. Petersburg. This is Russia’s old zoo, where a stray cat recently appeared and took up residence in the cage of a European lynx.

The latter did not argue and never attracted the cat. On the contrary, the lynx shares its food with the new zoo resident. She loves and cuddles him as if he were her own child.

Mutual love and care are strong in overcoming loneliness.
