It’s so adorable, the way the baby orangutan keeps hugging Carson

All in all, it was fun. Johnny gets a hug from a baby orangutan

Johnny Carson is hailed and is still regarded as one of the best talk show hosts to ever grace the set of The Tonight Show.

In this clip, we see how he handled exotic animals that are featured in the famous animal parts.

This section starts with the Indian subcontinent, the largest horn of tropical woods in Southeast Asia.

Johnny discusses some curious bird facts such as extinction because of habitat loss.

But the stars of the show were undoubtedly the two baby orangutans, the next of which was bred by Joan. Brother and sister are one of the few pairs of twin orangutans that are recorded from time to time.

They were taken out in a carriage in the cutest children’s clothes.

Joan hands Carson a boy named Locke, and the boy instantly puts his little arms around Carson’s neck for a big cuddle.

Sitting across from Joan on the couch, Ed McMahon managed to hug Lisa, who was looking at him with her cutest childlike eyes.

Both owners spotted how powerful these two 5-month-olds were, particularly when Locke grabbed Carson’s neck by the hair. All in all, it was a fun, soulful verse.
