Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are offering another rare glimpse into their new life in Britain — although this time, the photos didn’t come directly from the Sussexes. Meghan’s close friend Kelly McKee Zajfen shared a series of personal snapshots after traveling to visit the family with her son, Jack.
The candid images capture several relaxed moments away from formal royal appearances. In one photo, Meghan holds Jack in her arms, while another shows 42-year-old Harry down on the floor playing with the boy.
Five-year-old Princess Lilibet also makes a rare appearance. She was photographed spending time alongside Kelly and Jack, giving followers another small glimpse of the Sussexes’ usually private family life.
Another image shows Meghan enjoying some downtime outdoors with her friend as they play mahjong together. Kelly described the visit warmly, saying there was something particularly special about experiencing the “magical” place alongside her best friend.
The visit apparently included a taste of traditional British food as well. Kelly revealed that she was especially impressed by the fish and chips served with mushy peas during her stay.
The new photos arrive only weeks after Meghan and Harry returned to England with their children following six years of living in the United States. Their move has attracted considerable attention, particularly because of questions surrounding their relationship with the wider royal family.
Since returning, Harry has also stepped back into the public eye. The Duke of Sussex recently attended his first official event following the move, appearing without Meghan at a formal gala in London.
