Dakota Johnson, 36, has suddenly found herself at the center of fresh romance speculation after being spotted out in New York with Machine Gun Kelly, 36.
The “Fifty Shades” actress and the musician were photographed Friday night stepping out of a black SUV before heading inside Taylor Swift’s apartment in Tribeca. Johnson kept things casual in a black top and pants, while MGK wore a white tank top, a skeleton-print jacket, sunglasses and a hat.
Their unexpected appearance together quickly raised questions about whether something more than friendship could be developing. Neither Johnson nor MGK has confirmed any romance, however, and there is currently no indication that their meeting was actually a date.
The pair reportedly first crossed paths earlier this year in connection with Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s star-studded wedding. Their latest meeting took place at Swift’s apartment, although the pop superstar reportedly wasn’t home at the time.

Johnson is newly single after her relationship with musician Role Model, 29, ended earlier this year. MGK, meanwhile, previously had a turbulent on-and-off relationship with actress Megan Fox, 40.
