The American pizzeria offers its customers something more with its pizza and helps the organization located in the area. Just Pizza & Wing Co. distributes leaflets with cute photos of dogs on pizza boxes.
Mary Allow, who owned the Pizzeria network, came up with a unique idea when she and her three children worked as volunteers in the animal protection society.
Mary contacted Kim Larousse, the president of the society, to think about how to help a larger number of animals in the shelter find loving families.
One evening Kim wrote to me: «Hey, what do you think about placing photos of dogs on pizza boxes? », Mary says. «We all love animals here, so I received the approval of the company and immediately began work».
As Mary said, the pizzeria receives much more orders. Although the restaurant uses about 600-800 boxes per week, in a few days they have already shipped 500 boxes.
