It took goose a week to get back home after being stolen by a fox.
A few years ago, a woman bought a small goose, which she raised along with her chickens. He became a true friend to his master.
One day the goose disappeared from the yard. Only a few feathers remain. The owner thought that the fox had dragged him away. She had been sad for a long time, she had already come to terms with the loss of a friend.
And one morning she woke up from a soft knock on the door. The woman’s husband went to see who was there. Their goose stood on the threshold, exhausted and weak. He tapped on the window with his beak to inform his hosts of his arrival.
Most likely, the goose had a fight with the kidnapped fox. He managed to defeat the predator. It took him a week to get back home while he was still there.
Weaker animals can get rid of predators in the wild. It’s so nice to know that this goose can survive a fight with a fox-like animal.
