Sweet story: this deaf 10-year-old girl teaches her hearing-impaired dog sign language
Julia’s attitude improved as soon as she met her new friend.
Julia, the young lady featured in the video below, was born deaf. This problem made her feel that she did not belong to other teenagers who did not face the same difficulties. She often felt out of place and could not get herself companions who could fully understand her problems.
That is, until Walter entered the picture.
Walter is dealing with the same problem as her. Despite his hearing problems, he made the most of life and lived every day to the fullest. Perhaps this is the best moment to point out that Walter is a cute puppy.
Julia’s parents discovered him through the human society of Pasadena and the SCPCA in California, and immediately after learning more about Walter’s background, they knew that he and Julia were destined to be together.
Julia’s attitude improved as soon as she met her new acquaintance and realized that he was going through some of the same things as her. She became more confident and much friendlier around the other children.
Most importantly, she no longer feels alone or like no one understands her situation.
