The bartender overlooked my presence when asking for feedback and even when I left a 50% tip and this is what I did

One day, a married couple had no wish to cook anything and decided to go and dine outside. At that time, the wife had cash and suggested covering the bill instead of him. The man warned her that there was a new bartender and they should leave a good tip.

The woman had no idea that the evening she was about to spend with her husband would turn into a chaos. She clearly saw that the bartender didn’t acknowledge her presence. First, she overlooked her. Then, she didn’t even ask for her feedback.

She asked only her husband whether the food was good as if the woman didn’t exist at all. When the time came to leave a tip, the woman left no less than a 50% percent tip hoping that the girl would change her attitude towards her.

Just imagine her surprise when the bartender ignored her again and thanked only her husband. This was a manner rather different from what she anticipated.  Despite the fact the woman left 30 dollars tip while the bill was only 60, she still was ignored.

The woman couldn’t contain her emotions anymore and exclaimed: «It was me who left you the tip. You’re welcome!». This carried a tone of sarcasm. The bartender, of course, heard that, but she, anyway, ignored her and went away.

The husband, however, was of another opinion. He explained that they had no empty glasses and the dishes were delicious. He found his wife’s behavior obviously rude and inappropriate.
