One day, when I was covering a host shift in the restaurant, one poor woman came and asked me for a quiet place to sit. The whole thing is that she wanted to talk to her son so that no one could interrupt her. However, there were no more seats available.
Eventually, one table opened up almost after an hour. Later, it became obvious that something was wrong with the old lady. Even after half an hour, nobody appeared. She was impatiently waiting for her son and gradually grew upset.
As it turned out, it was her son who was supposed to pay and he didn’t show up. The situation soon became known to everyone. She was even crying and had to apologize for not being able to pay the bill. She promised to bring money on the next day.
Later, the son contacted his mother and said that he had an appointment that day and couldn’t make it.
