Here is Nick Harvey, a bighearted police officer from Arkansas, the US. He was eager to become the dance partner of this eight-year-old girl. Misfortunately, the girl lost his father and had no one to dance with.

Such dance ceremonies are annually organized by the girl’s school in Van Buren. Initially, it was her concerned mother who approached the police officer and asked him to dance with her.
