2 associations intervened to help the small family of felines.
Tired of fighting to survive and feed her kittens, the cat showed up on the doorstep with her litter, determined to end her wandering life.
2 associations stepped in to help a small cat family.
In North Carolina, a stray cat and her two kittens, aged 4 to 5 months, decided to land in front of a resident’s home after a hard day outside.
They were waiting for us to contact them and help change their lives.
The owner of the establishment adopted them for a while, and then contacted the local Shiny Cat Rescue Association in the hope that they could find loving and caring families.
When the volunteers came to pick them up, they noticed that the cat was waiting for a new litter.
They then approached another organization, Murphy’s Animal Rescue Law, asking them to place her in a foster home and give birth in the best possible conditions.
Her two kittens, a male and a female, who look like two peas in a pod, are old enough to be adopted. They are also in foster care awaiting adoption.
Their mom, Ellie, is “the cutest cat”, says Sarah Kelly, founder of Murphy’s Animal Savings Law.
The cat is constantly “looking for a knee, a hand, or a place to cuddle”. He is so cute.
