This girl has always been involved in interior design, but she didn’t even suspect that she would turn USSR furniture into a beautiful piece of art. According to her, the simple forms of this no-frills bedside table allow you to transform it however you wish.
This is the nightstand she transformed. She said that her customers wanted to throw her out of the new apartment they bought. But she didn’t want to throw away such beauty and decided to take it home.
Family members even advised her to throw away this bedside table because it was very old. But she decided to save her and finally brought her home.
She used a scraping knife to refresh the surface of the nightstand and discovered a layer of natural oak that was reminiscent of subway doors. This is real luxury!
She decided to update the doors with rattan mesh on the sides; the side strips were in excellent condition. On the back wall she pasted wallpaper that was left over from the renovation, and the bedside table fit perfectly into the harmony of the room.
