A duck came out of an egg bought by a woman’s from the Vietnamese restaurant.
A woman from Malaysia decided to take the opportunity to surprise her friends and relatives. Erika Lim, 39, a creative manager from Kuala Lumpur, has a live baby duck.
It all started with an ordinary duck egg from a Vietnamese restaurant, where she was offered Balut dish.
This is a snack of a developing embryo of a bird. They eat it boiled in shell.
Lim refused. She decided to keep what was in the egg.
As already mentioned, the duck came out.
But first, the egg was laid in an incubator.
And when the chick hatched, Lim became the “mother” of the bird.
The duck was originally named Daisy, but was later renamed Bibit. Bibit loves water and often enters the bathroom without permission.
