This wonderful cat worked as a security guard at the hospital, never missed work and had his badge

A hospital security guard in Australia is incredibly handsome and harmless.

This is Elwood, the guardian cat who obeys law and order.

One employee who especially likes Elwood is Chantelle Trollip.

She met the cat about a year ago.

One day in July 2020, she noticed that he was wearing an ID collar. It even has a challenge code on the badge.

While it’s unclear who created this badge, it does seem ridiculously official. Elwood proudly wears a badge with his photo titled: as he surveys the hospital grounds.

At first, the hospital staff thought Elwood was homeless, but it has recently been revealed that he lives across the street. A conscientious security guard comes to work every day and takes his duties quite seriously.
