Victoria and David Beckham are celebrating another major family milestone. Their son Romeo Beckham turned 24 on September 1, and both parents marked his birthday with heartfelt messages and a collection of personal photographs.
Victoria, 52, shared several pictures of Romeo while expressing how proud she is of the man he has become. “Romeo, you have the biggest smile and the biggest heart. You are smart, kind, and we all love you so much,” she wrote.
“We are so proud of what an amazing young man you have become. You treat everyone with so much respect and kindness. Happy birthday, Romeo, we love you,” Victoria continued.
David Beckham, 51, also celebrated his son publicly, opening the family archives and posting several photographs of Romeo from different stages of his life.

“Happy birthday, mate! We love you so, so much,” David wrote. “I’m proud that you are such a sweet, kind and simply amazing young man. Love you very, very much. I hope this day is the best day of your life — you deserve it.”

While Romeo received plenty of affection from his parents, one member of the Beckham family was noticeably absent from the public celebrations. His older brother Brooklyn, who has been estranged from the family for more than a year, did not publicly acknowledge Romeo’s birthday.

Born in 2002, Romeo is the second child of Victoria and David, who have been married since 1999. The couple also share sons Brooklyn and Cruz and their youngest child, daughter Harper.

Of the Beckham sons, Romeo was the one who most closely followed David’s sporting path by pursuing professional football. However, in 2023 he ended his contract with Brentford and shifted his attention toward modeling.

Since changing direction, Romeo has built an increasingly prominent fashion career. He has worked with major names including Burberry and Puma and has appeared in Vogue China and The New York Times Style Magazine.

More recently, Romeo has also begun exploring another branch of the entertainment industry, landing his first major movie role and adding acting to his growing résumé.

For his 24th birthday, however, Victoria and David focused less on his professional achievements and more on the person they say he has become — accompanying their emotional messages with nostalgic photographs showing just how much their second son has changed over the years.
