Many people dream of having luxurious long hair, but they do not take into account two important conditions: firstly, hair needs a relatively long time to grow back, and constant care is needed to keep it beautiful and healthy.

This absolutely unique woman at 34 named Alyona is from Odessa, Ukraine, and, in fact, she had the patience and wonderful genes to achieve such fantastic results. She now boasts her 1.8m long hair.

The woman listened to the advice of her mother and from the age of 5 she grew her hair without a haircut.

She mentions that her mother always encouraged her to grow her hair out.

Despite the fact that she has already grown her hair, Alyona is not going to stop.

The woman admits that she cannot imagine herself without long hair and her natural hair color.

Even though it actually takes a lot of time and care and she didn’t even think about getting a haircut or complaining about it.

She claims that it is not difficult for her to wear and care for such hair, as it has been a part of her life for almost 30 years.

To keep her hair healthy and shiny, Alyona does not use a hair dryer and constantly applies special nourishing products.

For Ayona, it is taboo to dry wet hair, use a hairdryer or curlers. She washes her hair once a week and lets it dry. And, of course, she always eats healthy food, homemade cheese, nuts, vegetables and fruits are an integral part of her main diet.

Her main advice to those who yearn to have beautiful and long hair is: love and take care of them.
