What a surprise: this woman’s cute dog went missing in 2014 and 7 years later there was incredible news

Dog missing in 2014 finally found 7 years later.

The dog was found 7 years later and more than 1,600 kilometers from home thanks to his ID chip. The family greeted him thinking they were doing the right thing, unaware that his owners were looking for him.

The sergeant’s mistress. Pepper didn’t hear anything about this dog for 7 long years. She was recently able to hug him again after he was taken to a Michigan hideout, far from his Florida home, people reported.

Sergeant Pepper, a Yorkshire Terrier mix, was 6 years old when he disappeared from the family home in 2014. The owner searched for him for a long time, but the dog was desperately nowhere to be found.

She reported the suspected theft to the police, as well as to a pet identification company. Sgt. Actually, Pepper is chipped in his name. His mistress also thought about updating the information and contact details attached to said chip in February 2020.

What she didn’t know was that 2 years after her disappearance, another family living in Michigan took the sergeant away.

Prior to June 28, the four-legged animal arrived at the Eaton County Animal Control Service shelter in Charlotte, Michigan.

Then the employees of this receiving structure passed it through a microchip reader and thus established the identity of its owner.

“This story is a testament to the value of identifying your animal”.

The people who took care of him for 5 years immediately realized that Sgt. Pepper had to go back to his real family. Animal Control thanked them for this.

Two days later, the dog’s owner flew in from Florida for a happy and touching reunion at the Charlotte Shelter.
