«It is touching to find out that he is sick»: Morgan Freeman fights with a disease that causes paralyzing pains

Freeman fell into a car accident near his house.

Morgan Freeman, an actor awarded the Oscar, has the same cult voice as his performances. Unfortunately, in 2008, Freeman was in a car accident near his house in Mississippi, as a result of which he inflicted irreversible physical damage.

Although Freeman was taken to the hospital and underwent a four-hour operation to restore the broken left shoulder, arms, and elbow, treatment, which was intended for complete recovery, in 2010, in an interview with People magazine, he said that he was left with constant damage. Freeman’s left hand was damaged by the nerve, because of which he could not move it. As a result, he wears a compression glove to maintain blood flow, which helps to prevent edema.

Freeman suffers from fibromyalgia, a chronic disease characterized by widespread pain, which can vary from mild to strong. The pain is often felt in the arms, legs, head, chest, stomach, back, and buttocks.

Freeman fought the disease, and he had to abandon several types of activities, such as airplane management and single-boat walks. Despite the disease, he continued to work, starring in films such as «Red», «Oblivion», «Now You See Me», and «The Hitman’s Wife» and «Bodyguard».

He also starred in such documentary films as «Long Way Home», «March of the Penguins», «The Story of God with Morgan Freeman», and «Our Universe».

Despite the disease, Freeman continues to inspire and motivate others, and his work in the film industry has left an indelible impression.

Sharing this post with family and friends, let’s demonstrate our support to Freiman and all those who stupidly and resolutely fight fibromyalgia, and send them positive energy.
