Amazing decision: this man dropped everything and started traveling the states and rescuing many dogs

This man now has a new mission, to save all animals from shelters.

This guy clearly adores dogs. She left her job and all of her possessions to travel across the country to raise awareness for dog adoption and show people that shelter animals make fantastic companions.

As a child, Lee Asher spent a lot of time in the local shelter. As she grew up, she began rescuing animals from shelters and placing them in permanent homes.

As a result, it should come as no surprise that Asher remained active as an adult, caring for animals and creating his own “crew”.

“I always knew when I grew up I would have a house full of rescues”, Asher told The Dodo. “Seeing where I am now, it’s not that surprising to me or anyone who knew me growing up”.

Asher now has a new and more ambitious mission to save all the animals from the shelters.

Asher realizes that there is a negative perception of shelter animals, she believes it is important to raise awareness that there animals make wonderful companions. It’s a tough job, but he’s up to the task.

“Motivation comes from a love for dogs and knowing that by rescuing a dog, you’re not only saving a life, but you’re making room for additional rescues to be adopted”. It’s a win-win scenario.

Asher and his best friend set out on a dog rescue expedition after buying an RV and quitting their jobs, and are accompanied by six adoptable dogs Asher has rescued.

Her goal is to travel to all 48 states, visit animal shelters and save as many animals as possible.
