Simon Dell, a wildlife photographer from Sheffield, UK, was photographing birds in his backyard when he discovered a cute little house computer mouse standing on green ground. He understood that he could not miss such an opportunity, so he put forward a brilliant proposal. To protect the mouse from surrounding cats and to offer the perfect backdrop for his new objects, Simon built a home for a small computer mouse he named George. He built him a beautiful and functional residence from a pile of logs, old fruits and vegetables. It didn’t take long for George to see the adorable house Simon had built, and he was more than happy to move there with his fellow mice, whom Simon called Mildred, and also Mini. The mice were still a bit shy at the beginning, but as they got used to their owner, they certainly peeked out of their noses when Simon checked and also handed them peanuts.
With the help of another relative, Simon expanded his home and turned it into a small village, using berries, small foods, and even ladders for easy access.
Log houses were specially made with 2-3 sheets so that they can easily move around the village of small computer mice.
George not only feeds them for his photographs, but also so they don’t have to hunt outside and put their lives at risk.
Often, Mini peeks into her hole, waiting for more nuts.
The story of how George, Mildred, and Mini became permanent residents of Simon’s court has gone viral and has struck the hearts of many.
This prompted fans to leave fantastic comments on his images, praising him for raising a small family as well as creating a great village for them all.
Over time, the town has grown, and 2 more male computer mice have been added to it, who have just moved into it.
Mildred has been looking promising lately, and Simon was overjoyed to have additional members come to his town for the upcoming Christmas.
