Cute scene: this dog at the shelter was constantly extending her paw to people until she found a caring owner

Leila continued to stretch out her paw to anyone who approached her kennel, trying to get their love and attention. The family abandoned six-year-old puppy Leila at an animal shelter in Miami.

She has gained notoriety on the internet and many of us have seen a video of her sitting at a shelter with her paw sticking out.

As soon as Kathy Hinckley Cassels spotted her, she began working on plans to adopt her through Florida-based rescue organization Helping Paws 22.

Leila settled into her ideal home near the Cassels in Wellington, Florida. Even when she wasn’t feeling well, Leila was a very loving dog.

He has wounds and old scars all over his body. Her new vet indicated that she needed eye surgery.

After the procedure, she will be able to see better.

Kassel explains that he prefers to take sick dogs. She said. “She’s not the first to be abused and have a hard life”. The veterinarian believes that Leila’s scars and injuries may have been caused by the fire.

She is receiving treatment. Leila takes antibiotics and medicated baths as part of her therapy. Hope she feels better soon.
