Instead of buying a newly renovated and expensive apartment, today’s couple gave their preference to an old one which had a wonderful view and its price was quite affordable. This let them save much money and enabled to change it according to their style and needs.

Of course, everyone was skeptical about it and even their relatives and friends weren’t satisfied with their decision to leave everything behind and move into such an old and miserable-looking place which required much work, sweat and money. The spouses ignored their advice and soon hired a designer.

This apartment is 56 square meters. A sky blue color was chosen for the walls in the corridor. This added much light and made the space visually bigger. White tiles with an interesting pattern were used for the floor and here one can see a small bench and full-length mirror.

The flooring in the kitchen area is the same as the hallway. The walls are of two colors and are connected by orange molding. A corner set with gray-olive facades was installed. Their choice fell on square white tiles with dark grout for the backsplash. There is a dining group with a round table and chairs in the center.

The living room is connected with the bedroom. It features a sofa of a rich blue color and a coffee table. There is a spacious bed, high windows, stylish curtains in beige hues as well as a comfortable armchair. It can boast a beautiful and modern chandelier too which escapes no one’s attention.

A decision was made to design a children’s room as well since kids need enough freedom and space. Here, one can see a narrow bed with some storage space. What relates to the bathroom, it is relatively spacious. There is a standard bathtub, a modern sink and a round mirror.
