The horse just wants to rub his head against the reporter.
It’s hard not to laugh with him. What a wonderful horse! Horses are known for their strength, nobility and speed. The hard-working journalist tried to cover the races, his interlocutor eclipsed everyone. He had difficult times from the very beginning.
The reporter crashes into a speed bump just trying to start a segment – the horse just wants to rub his head against his! The horse is in such a mood to hug that it distracts the journalist, forcing him to start the opening phrase again and again.
The horse only wants to be petted. First, the horse rubs its head against the journalist’s head. The journalist burst out laughing as a result. He can’t say anything because this horse is poking him from behind.
After several restarts of filming, the horse finally stops nuzzling him. But he keeps stealing the show. Instead, he adopts a protective and endearing pose, resting his head on top of the journalist. The desire of the horse to cuddle makes the journalist laugh. The horse seems to be waiting for its turn!
After a long hug, the horse wants something bigger and better. Or maybe she’s just tired of being ignored and wants to try something more radical. In any case, after several attempts to seduce the journalist with strokes and patting, the horse begins to move his face closer to the microphone.
He starts nodding his head and seems to be trying to touch her from time to time. He is either hungry or wants to say something. Regardless of his motives, this movement stops the reporter again as he bursts into laughter. This horse just wants to be the center of attention.
Horses are strong, but they also know when to be gentle. So when this horse started biting the reporter’s ear, it seemed more like a friendly attention grab than an aggressive one. A horse biting you may be painful, but the reporter was surprised by this! It is clear that the horse is making another attempt to become the star of this show. There’s a chance this horse felt the same as the reporter.
The journalist’s laughter may have energized the horse! Horse Helper states: “Studies have shown that horses have positive emotional responses to some people and negative emotional responses to others, indicating that horses are able to develop a strong positive bond with a human… The results show that horses can determine when a human expresses and projects positive feelings onto them, and is more likely to reciprocate those positive feelings”.
This means that the horse may have noticed that the man was laughing and kept doing it because he liked to make him happy. We don’t know if the horse ever stopped its antics to film the news, but everyone seemed to enjoy this viral video. This video has received millions of views on YouTube and many of the comments say how funny the horse is.
Someone writes: “I think this horse loves this reporter. So cute and funny”. Another person says “What an ANGEL, he’s trying to follow his dream of becoming an announcer, please just give him the mic and step aside”.
