Gisele Bündchen is showing the impressive results of the fitness routine she has maintained since welcoming her youngest son last year. The 46-year-old Brazilian supermodel posed for a striking new magazine shoot that combines high fashion with one of the biggest priorities in her everyday life: staying active.
Among the standout photographs, Gisele poses in matching lingerie featuring a sheer lace top while lifting a silver barbell. The unusual combination puts her toned physique front and center and reflects the model’s longtime commitment to exercise.
Fitness has been a major part of Gisele’s lifestyle for years, and her routine includes several different disciplines. She revealed that she lifts weights three times a week, practices Pilates once or twice and does yoga two or three times. “I work out every day because, for me, working out—I don’t see it as something I have to do. I see it as something I get to do,” she explained.
That doesn’t necessarily mean spending every day inside a gym. Gisele also counts surfing, paddleboarding and playing volleyball with her daughter among the activities that keep her moving. She revealed another personal milestone as well: “Now, for the first time in my life, I can do pull-ups.”
The supermodel also reflected on welcoming another child at 44, describing motherhood at this stage of her life as a “gift.” She explained that she now feels less pressure to prove herself or live according to other people’s expectations. “I’m not defined by other people’s opinions,” she said. “I feel like I get to choose how I want to live my life.”
Those priorities have dramatically changed the way she approaches her career. Gisele revealed that she now turns down 99 percent of the work she is offered, often asking herself whether a project would mean missing her daughter’s volleyball game, a trip to the park with her youngest son or watching her older son DJ.
Gisele shares her youngest child with husband Joaquim Valente and is also mom to Ben and Vivian, whom she shares with Tom Brady. Although modeling remains part of her life, her latest comments make clear that family now comes first — while her striking new photos prove that, at 46, she remains every inch the supermodel.
