Sweden became Eurovision winners after a tight grand final fight with Finland who came second following the votes.
The singer, who represented Sweden for the second time in the song contest and won it the second time, collected 583 points, meanwhile, Finland had 526, and Israel with 362 points was 3rd. Italy finished 4th with 350 pts and Norway was 5th with 368 pts.
Meanwhile, Germany finished last with 18 points, and the United Kingdom, unlike the high hopes, finished second to last with 24 points.
After her win, the representative of Sweden said that she is feeling overwhelmed before she started singing the winning song for the final time to close to the song contest.
