Today’s article is about an old apartment the owner of which is a young man. He lives here with his wife and their little daughter. The family has just recently obtained this apartment and what they planned to do with it was something unexpected. By the way, it is a 45 square meter area.
As its initial condition left a lot to be desired, our hero decided to take the situation into his own hands right away and not waste any time. The apartment had a huge underground floor yet the home was on the third floor, surprisingly! The whole thing is that the previous owners stored pickles there.
Now, the whole apartment is designed is Scandinavian and loft motifs. The corridor was quite spacious and bright. Gray porcelain stoneware was chosen for the flooring. Now, the only thing that remains from the previous layout is a brick column. There is also a large storage system which is custom-made from chipboard.
Light coloring was chosen for the kitchen. Since it features large windows, much natural light could pour into the room. What concerns the kitchen, it features a gray kitchen set, as well as a dining area near it. One may say that it is nothing but a pure pleasure to eat and cook here.
Dark porcelain stoneware was chosen for the bathroom. One of the walls is brick and is covered with moisture-resistant paint. Again, the presence of the small windows brightens the room. The owner’s choice fell on a shower, instead of a typical bathtub.
