Recently the birth of two golden lion tamarins became a big celebration for the wildlife protectors
To the delight of all of us, two lion tamarins were born in the zoo.
There are so many endangered species in the animal kingdom. We should be more interested in these creatures and help them survive.
One such endangered species is the golden lion tamarin. These cute animals have very soft wool.
Unfortunately, only 2% live in their natural habitat.
Of course, keeping them in zoo’s cages is not the best solution, but at least for the time being it is possible for their population.
The Atlanta Zoo recently announced the birth of twins lion tamarin. It was a big celebration.
Their names are Blixx and Tiete.
It was in 1970 when these species were on the verge of extinction. Fortunately, in the 1990s and 2000s they began to grow in zoos.
Unfortunately, now they are again under the threat of extinction, but experts are doing everything to keep their population stable.
