The birth of rare Przewalski’s horse for Marvel Zoo staff was simply a miracle

The birth of a rare animal like this horse is a great joy for all of us.

The Przewalski’s horse, also known as the Mongolian wild horse, was born at the Marvel Zoo. These species are threatened with extinction.

The zoo is fascinated by the newborn horse. During the pregnancy, special attention was given to the mother. In the end, the female horse gave birth to a healthy foal.

The baby was born at night, so zoo management did not yet know the sex of the foal.

This zoo specifically controls the breeding of Przewalski’s horses.

They are characteristic of the Gobi Desert in Mongolia. Eleven or twelve months after carrying the foal, the females give birth.

These horses are small in size, with large heads and thick necks. Their legs are not long. These horses like desert areas.
