Meet Anna and Lucy DeCinque, identical twin sisters from Perth, Australia. They call themselves the “most identical twins in the world”—a title given to them on a Japanese TV show where facial recognition software couldn’t tell them apart. Each sister could unlock the other’s phone using her face!
These two don’t just share DNA—they live nearly identical lives. They dress alike, speak in the same tone, and mirror each other’s movements and habits. Unlike many siblings who enjoy their independence, Anna and Lucy can’t stand to be apart, not even for a moment. From brushing their teeth to using the bathroom, they do everything side by side.
And things only get more surprising: for the past 10 years, they’ve been in a relationship with the same man—Ben Byrne. Most people couldn’t imagine dating the same partner, but for Anna and Lucy, it feels completely natural. Now, they’re even trying to take things a step further—by getting pregnant at the same time, with Ben as the father of both children.
Their bond runs deep. From early childhood, they enjoyed matching outfits and staying in sync. As they got older, this desire to be the same only intensified.
