This poor dog was carried away by tornado, but fortunately she was found.
Eric and Faith Johnson from Tennessee didn’t expect that in early March they would face not only an epidemic, but also serious weather disasters. A powerful tornado swept through their home state, leaving many Americans homeless.
The Johnsons were saved by their dog. An Australian Shepherd-Bella was able to grab the attention of her owners just minutes before the tornado hit their home.
The couple hid in the bathroom, but this did little to help, as the house was practically destroyed.
Worst of all, Bella was blown away by the wind. The Johnsons no longer hoped to see their pet at least once. But Bella was hunted down hard, and it took two months to post an ad and interview the neighbors.
Faith and Eric even left things outside so Bella could smell the way home.
And only 54 days after the loss there was an increase. A family friend named Sarah Romaine contacted the Johnsons with the good news that Bella was alive.
The dog was spotted 8 kilometers from the house. She did not let people near her, she was very afraid. Bella didn’t even know Eric at first.
Johnson’s pet has now made a full recovery.
