Originally from Oklahoma, Madeline Humphis was born with a peculiarity: in early childhood he had a “cleft lip” and heterochromia – an anomaly due to which a person’s eyes are of different colors.
The irregular shape of the lips is corrected surgically, but the color of the eyes cannot be influenced. The unusual appearance of the boy attracted the attention of peers who laughed at him.
Madeline was upset about this and couldn’t make friends.
One day, the boy’s mother came across a photo of a cat on the Internet that had an abnormal eye color and lip problems. At the time, the animal was in the care of animal welfare volunteers.
Seeing the cat, the woman immediately realized that she was born to be a friend to her son, and decided to shelter a four-legged handsome man.
After the appearance of a new pet in the house, Madeline no longer feels lost in society and lonely. The cat received the beautiful name Luna.
