Star Delgidis, a young woman from the UK, made a life-altering choice at just 17—she took her first step into the world of cosmetic surgery. Her journey began with breast implants, and that single procedure set her on a path of radical physical transformation.
Coming from a deeply religious household, Star always felt like an outsider. “My parents were strict Jehovah’s Witnesses, but I never followed their rules. Eventually, my dad kicked me out,” she shared. Feeling isolated and misunderstood, Star turned to surgery as a way to reclaim her identity.
This was Star before her transformation:
But cosmetic procedures are expensive. To fund her evolving vision, Star started working as a dancer in a strip club. The money she earned helped her go through three more breast enhancements. Eventually, she changed the shape of her nose, added volume to her lips, and reshaped her chin to give her face a more delicate contour.
“One doctor even shaved down part of my jawbone to make it slimmer. Now I finally feel like I have the face I always wanted,” she said.
Her next step was more controversial. Star decided to undergo a cosmetic procedure on her most intimate area. The surgery, which involved transferring fat to enhance the appearance, didn’t go as planned.
“What I got looked nothing like I imagined. It was awful—like I’d been injured,” she admitted.
She later paid an additional $10,000 to fix the damage and is now much more satisfied with how it looks. Still, she’s far from finished.
Her next goal? A dramatic butt enhancement. And she’s confident about the outcome: “It’s going to make Kim Kardashian’s look basic,” she laughed.
Star openly admits that she’s developed a strong attachment to surgery. But to her, it’s not a problem.
“I don’t want to age. The idea of being 40 terrifies me. People think I’m 22, and I’m actually 28—that’s exactly how I want to keep it,” she said.
