Unexpected discovery: this woman decided to adopt a cat and then discovered that he has hearts on it

River was a cat that Katie and her brother fell in love with.

Katie Duda was mourning the loss of her cat, Lucky, when she came across an ad from Wrenn Rescues looking for homes for several cats. River was the cat Katie and his brother fell in love with.

River was a little shy at home when they first moved in, and he was mostly in hiding, so Katie tried to make her house cozy and spacious.

Over time, River’s mother began to notice more heart-shaped markings on his coat, and he became more at peace with his new family.

River is a sweet, good-natured dog who lived in his new home for a while after Katie noticed that his fur was matted.

The lady explains.

River is a charming young man who, although he enjoys spending time with his friends, is always aware of his younger brother Remy, whom he cares for and protects.

Katie remembers.

“Yesterday Remy wanted to sit in the giant pot in our dining room”.

“Remi got mad because she used aluminum foil to keep the kittens from digging in the ground. River carefully removed the rapier from Remy, allowing him to lie on the floor”.
