The initial intention of the new owner was to obtain this apartment for permanent living, yet plans changed and now a decision was made to get it for rental. The flooring in the entrance area and corridor is tiled with a pattern. A soft blue shade was chosen for the wall. To the right of the entrance there is a storage system mirrored sliding doors.

It has a full living room. The flooring here is laminate and the color scheme is predominantly light with bright accents. It also features a blue sofa and a small armchair against the wall.

At the entrance to the bedroom they made a small isolated dressing room. It boasts a double bed in the center. The walls are painted white, expect for the accent wall behind the headboard covered with wallpaper with floral patterns.

The bathroom and the toilet remained separate. The floor at the bathroom is tiled and the wall decoration combines rectangular white tiles and blue paint. What concerns the toilet, the walls here are covered with interesting wallpaper depicting fish. There is also a full sink here.
