A kind person wants to do everything possible to save this species.
It was 1983 when people first saw such an animal. These cute little animals live in northwest China.
These animals are known as the Ili Pika, but many people call them “magic rabbits.”
Li Weidong was the first to know of their existence and took pictures of them.
Unfortunately, there are only 1,000 of these rabbits left in the world.
The man wanted to breed this species of rabbit and assembled a team in 2014 to carry out his plan.
This man did everything to implement the program, but the government did not support him. He was very worried about the species and said that the places where these animals lived no longer lived.
He is 60 years old and soon it will be difficult for him to climb the high mountains. He has great hopes that his plan will come to fruition.
