While the children enjoyed themselves outdoors, Heard appeared determined to keep moving. In one set of photos, she wore navy running shorts with a white tank top, dark visor and sneakers. Another sporty combination featured a pink sports bra with matching shorts, a white visor and running shoes.
The busy mom was surrounded by everything needed for an energetic family afternoon, including a double stroller and bicycles. Her eldest daughter, Oonagh Paige, added an especially adorable touch to the outing by appearing in a colorful Snow White costume.
Heard is raising three children: five-year-old Oonagh and twins Agnes and Ocean, who were born in May 2025 and are now one. In one moment, the actress stood beside the stroller as Oonagh rode her bicycle nearby, while another showed Heard carrying one of her younger children as her eldest stayed close.
Her athletic outfit wasn’t merely practical. Running has become a regular part of Heard’s routine, and in June 2026 she completed her first 10K race in Madrid. She later celebrated the achievement with a rare photo alongside Oonagh at the finish line.
The actress has also been spotted running and cycling around Madrid on other occasions, suggesting that exercise has become closely woven into her everyday life. Even outings primarily focused on entertaining three young children appear to provide another opportunity to stay active.
