During the Most Sensitive Time: Ivanka Trump Wears a Super Short Mini Dress by Israeli Designers

Ivanka Trump was spotted on a hot date night with her husband, Jared Kushner, in Miami, wearing an exceptionally short mini dress. The brand, operating out of New York, was founded by Israeli designers Yoav Soroya and Aviad Klein, and is considered a natural choice for the elite of entertainment and wealth. This choice sparked a heated online debate, primarily due to the dress’s length.

It’s hard to steal the spotlight this week from the Big Apple, where the entire city is decked out in celebration for the Met Gala. Yet, Ivanka Trump managed to steal the focus for a moment, as she was seen heading out for a sizzling date night with her husband, Jared Kushner, in Miami.

The couple was captured on their way to a night out when Ivanka chose to swap her usual polished and modest look for a particularly short black mini dress from the Retrofete brand.

The New York-based brand, founded by Israeli duo Yoav Soroya and Aviad Klein, is considered a natural pick for the entertainment and business elite, with other loyal customers such as Lauren Sanchez.

Not that we’re concerned about Trump’s finances, but we couldn’t help but notice that the dress is currently on sale for 50% off, selling on the brand’s website for 1,050 shekels (though there are only a few models left, the site warns).

This choice sparked an intense online debate. While many commenters cheered Ivanka on for her bold and flattering pick, others weren’t as fond of the dress’s short length, responding with the usual cynicism of self-proclaimed fashion critics: “Loved the t-shirt she’s wearing.”
