Here is Arkady who, believe it or not, weighed 518 lbs at the age of 28 and could even barely move. The man who was previously afraid of accidentally crushing his little daughter in bed has changed beyond recognition.

He was not always this fat. It mainly began when he quitted on sports and became a driver. Gradually, he started gaining weight and soon became uncontrollable. Just imagine his wife’s surprise when he started weighing around 200 kilos.

Since this moment Arkady became the big «problem» for his family. He stopped living and started surviving struggling to complete even basic tasks. He also participated in Weighted People and became the heaviest one weighing 235 kg.

Eventually, he could find enough courage and started to be more active during the day. He managed to lose 60 kilos during the program which was thanks to his motivation and enthusiasm.
