Mikhail Zaikov is a talented Russian artist who makes doll figurines. His works easily surprise everyone with their realism and originality.

Mikhail made his first figures in 2010, and already in 2013 he became widely known among those who appreciate his talent.

All works of the artist are shown in the style of hyperrealism.

For his works, Zaikov uses plasticine and joint machines, which the master puts on the joints so that the figures are mobile and can take any human position.

The author is motivated by retro characters and makes his work based on them. Most of the artist’s drawings are based on the figures of young girls aged 13-16.

The figures do not exceed 75 cm in height. It takes Mikhail almost a month to make such a living doll.

For his work he uses only excellent and high-quality materials. For example, the artist orders eyes from glassblowers in Germany, and hair from French mohair.

The clothes of these figures were sewn by fashion designer Irina Kuzemina using styles and fabrics suitable for the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

The artist plans and invents each mini-sculpture in one copy. The opening price of this beauty starts from 70 thousand dollars.
